SOFT TISSUE THERAPY
Soft Tissue Therapy is the manipulation and rehabilitation of the soft tissue of the body. The Soft Tissue Therapist treats muscles, connective tissue, tendons, ligaments and joints in order to recover and avoid injuries, pains and dysfunctions primarily of the neuromusculoskeletal system.

Adrian Wildborne
Adrian earned his BTEC Level 5 Diploma in Clinical Sports and Remedial Massage from the Active School of Complementary Therapy (ASCT) 2013. This diploma represents the highest qualification available in the UK, recognized both nationally and internationally. He is a registered member of the Institute of Soft Tissue Therapists (ISRM). He customizes his treatments to meet the unique needs of each client, ensuring they receive the most effective approach. He has consistently witnessed the remarkable healing effects of his treatments.
